Shipping Policy
- Inspection and exchange are available upon delivery in the presence of the delivery agent in case of any issues related to color or size.
- Once the delivery agent leaves, no exchange or return requests will be accepted.
- If there is any manufacturing or technical defect in the scrub, the customer has the right to refuse receiving the order upon delivery.
- If the return is due to a product defect or manufacturing issue, the shipping fees will be covered by us.
- If the return is due to a customer's change of mind regarding size or color, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
- Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery location within Egypt.
